2020 was a unique year in terms of CSR with funds being allocated to the most pressing needs of safety, health and hygiene brought forth by the COVID-19 crisis. With companies taking a proactive interest in improving their CSR practices, and the government encouraging them by bringing in various amendments in the CSR Act, it is being predicted that the CSR activities of 2021 will be even more dynamic.
We tracked the emerging trends in the sphere of CSR and tried to provide a bird’s eye view of where the CSR ecosystem is headed. As Aaron Levie, CEO of Box mused “Better to be right about the trend and wrong about the implementation, than the other way around”.
