5 years, and a long way to go! NuSocia started off back in 2017, with a simple dream, to enable the impact ecosystem by delivering programs with evident impact. The idea was born much earlier in 2016. Three people with different walks of life with a common vision got together to create something that could change the way corporates' social impact strategies are perceived. The conversations, which began over a Bhel in Pune, quickly evolved to a brainstorming session channelizing the efforts in the social sector. Five years later, we are closer to our dream than we imagined.

Where we are at today
Today, NuSocia's position as one of the competent social impact advisory has been established as a result of its basic pillars of design thinking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Last year,in the middle of the pandemic, what felt like a fresh blast of air was the recognition at NSRCEL IIM Bangalore, WSP Program. Standing there among the top 50 enterprises (being the only one in Impact advisory space) have added wings to our dream. We feel humbled and heartened about a few more milestones that we achieved through this journey.
Bridging Generations: Differently
Does it ever occur to us what connects generations?
The answer is, all the women in our lives.
The women of the day have emerged victorious amidst all throes and woes. There are more stories of her inherent strengths that are still latent. Regardless of the milieu, be it urban, rural, they have had tightrope walking to prove their abilities, amidst shambolic settings of home, workplace, motherhood, society and so on. Thus, women had to put in twice the effort, to prove herself everywhere. The outright pleasant contrast was – their abilities belied all prejudices and broke the biases. In all the fairness, there is a socio-economic resolve, because of working women across India and worldwide.
Being inclusive and supportive of women comes naturally to NuSocia. It’s no surprise that our investment in the success of women at work has only translated back into more success for NuSocia.
