The 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC, more commonly referred to as COP27, was the 27th United Nations Climate Change conference, was held from 6th November until 20th November 2022 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. This edition of the Impact Post focuses on learnings from the COP27 with special NuSocia attention to gender and climate change. Gender lens help us bring to the fore that while women are at the forefront of suffering due to climate change, but at the same time, they also need to lead in climate action to ensure sustainable development.
